      The individual bulbs are part no. 7219 miniature bulbs, and can be found cheaply online. If you don't know how to solder, find someone who does and ask them to solder the new bulbs onto the card for you. I've done this twice, and both times have been successful.
      Note that if you put the card in backwards only one bulb will light - just remove and reverse the card and it will work normally.

    I have dozens of these bulbs that need replacing and can't find any evidence of a company called Enchanted Lighting.

    If you know how to solder or know someone who does, the bulbs can be unsoldered from the card and new ones soldered on. I used #7219 miniature bulbs.
